Neonatal Resuscitation Program at Saudi German Hospital Aseer
Saudi German Hospital Aseer will be conducting a Neonatal Resuscitation Program, from January 30 to 31, 2021, for all doctors and nurses involved in providing care for both mother and baby at the time of delivery, ensuring that they have the necessary knowledge and skills needed for neonatal resuscitation.
Participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate mastery of cognitive knowledge of NRP concepts and interventions
- Support the goals and purpose of NRP provider status
- Practice and demonstrate critical components of newborn resuscitation and demonstrate skills in correct sequence according to the NRP flow diagram to optimize the neonatal outcome
- Demonstrate NRP knowledge, skills, and teamwork, which may reduce neonatal morbidity and mortality, by participating in simulated newborn resuscitation
This course is one of the required training for General PICU, NICU, DR, Ob-Gyne doctors, and nurses as per JCI and CBAHI standards.
